Using the Results Coaching methodology which is aligned with the International Coaching Federation.

You play the lead character in the blockbuster movie "Your Life".   Your life and all of the results in your life is caused by the leading character you play. 

Coming face to face with your character and self identity is the beginning of freedom.  Freedom from character traits that can limit us from achieving all we are truely capable of, desire and deserve.  Within the coaching series we go about selecting the leading character you choose to play and the movie scripts you choose to experience rather then merely acting and reacting in a script (life) you didn't plan or choose.

 

A Clarity session and or a series of sessions are held with the intention of locating your ideal vision for yourself. Coaching can shift people so that actions previously unavailable or unfathomable are now a part of their repertoire.

 

Using the Results methodology, we then progress to establish what your current situation is and then work together to map out a plan that can bridge the gap between where you are now and where you ultimately desire to be.  Or what your current results are and what results you would ultimately like to achieve.

 

  • We take a look at what your thinking habits and patterns are ( for the most part, you are unconcsious of these)
  • Identify what thinking works for you and what doesn't
  • Work to create new thinking that will manifest new results in your life

 

Using formulas within the Coaching methodology, over a series of 12 weekly or fortnightly one on one sessions.
