As a Coach, Roslyn's style can be described as empathetic and highly effective.  It is vitally important to feel completely at ease and confident with your Coach.  Roslyn’s success as a Coach can be attributed to her passion in unlocking her client’s needs/dreams, tapping into their unused potential and their will to achieve.

Roslyn’s capacity to establish a good rapport and a trusting environment are strong points and can be partly attributed to her personality profile and her years as a top performing Sales Professional within a large blue chip Corporate Company, balanced with being a lively and passionate performer/singer in one of Brisbane’s premier Corporate Cover Bands, Hot Sauce.  

Roslyn quickly rose to be a highly regarded top performer due to communicating effectively, building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, work associates and her executive leaders.  Amongst her diverse responsibilities was coaching Sales Associates to become Sales Professionals. Roslyn did this successfully using a combination of methods including the Results Coaching methodologies.

As a Performer, Roslyn has been singing in a Premier Brisbane Corporate Band for several years and has been in several different acts that have performed throughout Australia and internationally. Creating the reality of becoming a singer and performer was a lifelong child hood dream and is attributed to realising the dream, creating the goal, applying the law of Attraction, and practice, practice, practice.
